All of our friendly team of experienced engineers are Gas Safe Registered. This means we’re on the official list of gas engineers who are qualified to work safely and legally on your gas appliances. With Surrey Boiler Repairs you can be sure that your boilers will be checked by a fully qualified and accredited engineer who will guarantee the appliance’s gas safety as standard.
Tenanted and Commercial Properties
At Surrey Boiler Repairs, we cover tenanted and commercial properties and can liaise with your tenants when servicing the boiler. After we have checked your heating systems we will issue you with a Gas Safety Certificate (GSC). All landlords need to provide their tenants with a GSC. This provides proof that the appliance is safe to use, meets the latest safety standards, and notes the next due service date.
